the shower was handheld, which made washing hair an absoluteley frustrating experience. the close balconies felt like being on display, how lovely. you’d think as a guest I'd at least get a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but nope, just regular treatment. almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t deal with the disappointments.

Just a solid selection for a swift stopover in Kalamaki (Chania) with fantastic value for money. The room was a nice size and kept very clean by the friendly staff. Avoid the busy road if you're sensitive to noise.

The swimming pool area was a real gem, always clean with plenty of loungers available. The dinners served were satisfying with generous portions, making every evening enjoyable.
The room I had was set up with a small, outdated bathroom, which felt cramped, and the shower lacked a curtain, making it less than ideal for a decent wash. Breakfast options were quite limited and repetitive, offering the same few choices daily, which got boring over a week. there was no shower head fixture to help with hair washing, and the setup of balconies facing each other was uncomfortable if you wanted some privacy.

The lovely swimming pool area provided a relaxing retreat, with loungers always available. Dinner featured diverse Greek dishes, consistently generous portions, and the staff were sincerely friendly and accommodating. the bathroom in my room was notably outdated with limited space and inadequate storage. Breakfast options were also quite repetitive, lacking variety day to day, which could detract from the overall experience.

great location, but breakfast needs variety
The view of the marina each morning during breakfast was stunning. The comfortable beds provided an excellent night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool, which was beautifully maintained with plenty of loungers available. The sea view from my balcony was a highlight, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

Charming family-run hotel with a lovely pool
I had a delightful 5-night stay where I enjoyed the quaint, family-run atmosphere of the hotel. The swimming pool area was beautiful, and there were always loungers available. I loved the meals served, especially the dinner options that were both generous and tasty. the breakfast could use more variety as it became repetitive during my stay.
